Most of our work at Capacities is supported by federal funds. Dr. Morrill has had considerable success securing federal grant funding. Most recently, we have contracted with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health HIV/AIDS Bureau to conduct multi-method evaluations of cutting-edge programs.
